SAYLs Young Leader Carys has officially been unveiled as a London 2012 Olympic Torchbearer!

Carys recently graduated from SAYLs to attend Liverpool University, after 3 years of being in the Academy. Carys joined SAYLs as a shy young girl but quickly became one of the most confident, committed and experienced Young Leaders that SAYLs has ever had.  She is a great example for current members to follow as she showed great commitment and dedication throughout her time with SAYLs.  Cary's story of how much she has developed as a result of her hard work resulted in her being nominated to be a 2012 Torchbearer by the Executive Director of Place for Sheffield City Council, Simon Green.
